This year, Homecoming is Oct. 21 for VHS students. This is the start of VHS’ Fall Break, meaning many students are leaving to travel and are not able to go to Homecoming. Arguably, one of the most fun parts of high school is being able to go to the dances and having fun with friends. This year’s Homecoming is extremely late in the year compared to past years. The reason for this is unknown. This is not to say I’m not excited or ungrateful to ASB and administration for organizing the event, I just wish it would have happened a little earlier.
