Living in California is amazing, mostly notably because of the weather. It is always sunny, rarely covered by clouds, however when it rains people have no idea how to function. Specifically on the roads. People never know how to drive when it’s raining, they freak out. Everyone fully forgets how to drive and acts like it’s their first time ever behind the wheel. Everyone needs to go back to driving training when it starts to rain. A lot of us are new drivers and can’t even drive normally so when it starts to rain it is terrifying on the road.
