For over a month, the Ventura High School students have been wondering, “Where’s Bonnie?” Many students had assumed that Bonnie Neeper, a campus aid at VHS, had suddenly retired due to the fact she was gone.
But the facts are in, Bonnie hasn’t retired. She has been on medical leave for a undisclosed reason and is expected to return to work on April 7.
Neeper explained she must talk to the VHS administration before more information is revealed about her health and work status, however, she said: “I miss all my little Cougars.”
