Cougar Catnip: Eat this, Food Faire
March 25, 2022
I can’t believe my last food fair was ruined by inflation. When I was a freshman, I remember purchasing a plethora of scrumptious munchies for a reasonable bargain. But 16 tickets for a slice of pizza? Is the ratio of students’ economic situations to pricings of these foods even considered?? I don’t know about you but I’m not gonna spend all my tickets at one stand, and I really don’t think this simple event was intended to be that way either. I think the true meaning of the food fair is being blanketed by the greedy capitalism within this country.

![Lindsay Guzik, new assistant principal said, "I am settling in [at VHS] pretty well. I know a lot of the students, so that makes it a little bit easier coming from Cabrillo, and it's been nice to see them all grown up."
