Senior Joey Stutes is in his fourth year of playing soccer for VHS. Stutes stated, “I think the season will turn out well if everybody works hard in preseason and is motivated to do good in the new league. Preseason is the time for us to get into shape and focus on the things we aren’t doing correctly; therefore, if everybody is dedicated to better not just themselves but the team as a whole we have a very good shot at being a top team in league.”

Sophomore Daphne Bullock has made the VHS soph/frosh team this school year. Bullock shared, “I think once the team gets to know each other better and we begin the season, we will work well together.”

Sophomore Kyleigh Shreffler has also made the VHS soph/frosh team this school year. Shreffler said, “… I think this year is going to turn out really good. I’ve played with a lot of the players on the soph/frosh team and JV team and they are really good! So, yeah I think this year is going to go very well.”
